Best Bang For your buck offshore reel out there!
My go-to reel for offshore tuna fishing in the northeast. I've got two 25s and one 12 and love all 3 of them. I've caught tuna up to 200+ lbs without much of an issue. The two speed drag is awesome and the whole thing is super smooth. Value for money: Best value product out there in my opinion

Great build quality, heavier than many other heavy, conventional, surf casting reels
Great reel, using it mostly for shoreline, surf casting

Hi/Lo gear makes a huge difference.
This is my go to for bottom fishing and have had my fair share of some big grouper , mutton snapper, and some kings and wahoo. Definitely recommend you get it

Nice mechanics. Paint bubbles off within a year.
Reels function great. They look nice too. We are a busy charterboat and they are great light tackle offshore reels. But the paint bubbles off and Shimano has a bum warranty department and hard to deal with.

These are my favorite reels!!!
I already owned the 12 and just got the 25. These reels are very smooth and reliable. They pull fish with no effort. They cost half of a talica and just as good. If you can find one for msrp. Get it!!! Wonโt be sorry.
