I needed a larger capacity USB drive for quick local backups. This 64GB drive fits my uses pretty well.Pros:The drive itself is small and good looking. And it has a "slim profile" when plugged in which means you can plug other USB devices next to it. Some USB ports are so close to each other that plugging in one USB drive with a "fat profile" blocks the adjacent USB ports from use. That can be annoying.Iffy:I'm not seeing blazing 100x speeds but that could be the USB 3.0 port and/or the hardware I'm using. I am seeing 4-5 times faster speeds than with my USB 2.0 drives so any increase in download speed is good.Cons:The USB drive gets very hot with extended use. I didn't read the other reviews describing this problem before I bought the drive and discovered this myself. I had it plugged in for 1.5 hours when I first used it. But mostly I will use this drive to make incremental backups so I'll have it plugged in for short periods of time. Usually 5-10 minutes.As I previously wrote, this drive is small so it doesn't dissipate heat quickly while plugged in. I do notice it cools down quickly when you unplug it.But don't leave it plugged in "overnight" as one reviewer mentioned when his drive failed. I can't imagine why you would do that. :)

Well, it’s a thumb drive. Not a lot to say, right? It stores files. This one works like any other. I’m not doing any speed tests on it, so can’t speak to that.I will add this, however. This one is truly tiny. If you want one that is really, really small/minimal, then this will likely fit the bill. If you think you might lose a small thumb drive though, then you may actually want one with more heft/frame to it.

This little flash drive is a workhorse. Transfers are quick thanks to the USB 3.0, and I’ve had no issues with corrupted files or overheating. It’s tiny enough to carry on my keychain but still feels sturdy. Great option for anyone who needs to move large files fast or just wants a dependable backup tool.

This would, of course, be considered a very small capacity drive these days (mid-2025), and if I needed something for serious backup I would buy a much larger one. But sometimes I don't need the raw capacity, and it makes more sense to buy a small, inexpensive drive to match the application. I bought this one to save an iso of my current installation to preserve one application with a feature that has been deprecated in newer versions.If the small capacity is enough for your needs, this is a good little stick.
