Been taking this vitamin for 10 years. It has at least 100% of all essential vitamins and minerals needed per day! Highly recommend.

Alphabetic Vitamins have all the ingredients that can be depleted by the wear & tear of being diabetic. The dosage is only once daily as opposed to other vitamins that are formulated for diabetics that must be taken several times a day. I've been purchasing the 3 pak (90 total) for a long time and am confident that I am getting the 'other' ingredients that regular vitamins can't offer diabetics. I like the idea that they are offered in a 3 pak because the freshness is always ensured. Good job by Amazon, very prompt delivery.

I am Diabetic and started to take Alphabetic about 10 years ago and noticed that collateral damage from Diabetes is very minimal and no Eye damage , I recommend the product I know it is a little expensive but it works
