I loved this bag so much but in less than a year of having it the straps frayed. Looks ridiculous now so it’s trash.

Wrong item. And not quality.
Was sent wrong product. It was a backpack and not a purse. Not sure how that got mixed up but I understand mistakes happen. From the backpack quality I hope the purse is in better shape.
