Healthy and Tastes great
Its healthy, organic, and from a good trusted brand. We don't eat oatmeal anymore so this is one of other grains we are trying out. We purchased about 10 of these bags already. This cooks fast and we make them sweet and savory for breakfast depending on what you add with them.

Great wheat substitute
Love this cereal! I like hot cereal. It's hard to find something that doesn't contain wheat or wheat contaminants for those of us with wheat sensitivity. No added sugar. Sweeten with honey, brown sugar, bananas or berries.

Great nutrient dense fiber source in addition to steel cut oats.

Tastes good
It tastes good, but a bit expensive. I will use my vitamix to grind whole buckwheat groats into a coarse meal.

Healthy and nutritious
I am a big fan of buckwheat in any shape and recipe. This porridge has a great texture and taste. I normally cook it in vegan homemade milk and it’s delicious 👌🏻

Tasty and Quick to Fix
Obviously, a person must like hot cereal to make this work, but I do. I also have a lot of digestive issues and have to eat gluten free. This is a good alternative to cream of rice, which I like too. In spite of the name, buckwheat does not have gluten. It's got more flavor than rice. It's easy to fix it up to be sweet or savory. If you can't eat corn, it can work as a replacement for grits too.

Best buckwheat brand!
Yum yum yum. What's not to love about buckwheat. This brand comes with a resealable case. I've tried the other box brands and am stuck on this one. It always taste fresh and mixes well with whatever I add..I've tried eggs and fruit...even peanutbutter and acai! One tip- wash out the bowl right after you eat it so it doesn't stick. Or at least soak the bowl if you are too lazy to scrub immediately. If you just eat and put in the dishwasher, the buckwheat will stick to the bowl and not be so pleasant after the wash load.
