I love this tool and bought another one in case I break the one I always have plugged in and ready to turn on! If you have a bob haircut and want it to hang straight to the sides of your face…this is your tool. Easy to use and straightens my chronic wavy hair.

I like it fits well with hands and gets the job done

I used it when I first received it. A month later it doesn't work. The light is on but never gets hot. It doesn't even straighten like the video.

Too hot to hold during use. You have to hold them to apply the pressure needed to distribute the heat but there was no place to hold them

I was pretty skeptical upon receiving this item and how janky it looked and instructions being very badly worded. Whole packaged just looked cheap. Figured I would end up having to Send it back. (Also temp on straightener is in Celsius so if you don’t pay attention and usually do Fahrenheit you would think it only heats to like 200 degrees. it goes up to 428 f) I was actually surprisingly happy with how well it straightened my hair. Not as silky as the images/videos suggest but slightly better than my more pricey straightener. I am Caucasian and have very thick and fluffy hair. Had to pass over it a few extra times but didn’t seem to take much longer and is softer and straighter than with my other straightener. It does pull my hair, makes my hand cramp up to hold it, and the outside of the heat panels gets very hot so be careful when using the tabs to hold the panels together. Overall I’m pretty happy with how well it straightened but disappointed that it didn’t make it look more like the videos suggest. A bit of false advertising as far as that part. I will be keeping this product and using it as my primary straightener and hopefully it lasts longer than other reviews say theirs did. I’m giving 4 stars because it didn’t do as well as advertised and the packaging and instructions need serious work.

I liked the product is as advertised and all of the descriptions are as stated. I also like the ease in using the flat iron as well as the handle. I have not found a lock feature on this flat iron.

I am very happy with this product! I just used it on my daughter's hair, and it delivers! My daughter's hair is shiny, smooth, straight and most of all beautiful! I am very happy that I purchased this!
