Purchased this brand after listening to a podcast from Dr. Mindy and Dr. Sims, who suggested to use credit of pure specifically this company that she enjoys because of the highest quality. I do not get bloating, not grainy or has a weird after taste. I like that the creatine had no taste and was easily dissolved in room temperature water. It’s effective and helps to boost the workout. It gives enough energy and improves stamina.

Product is what it says on the tub but I did notice that even in shakes it was still grainy and wasn't mixing properly even in a blender.
