I use to use this product regularly about 10 years ago and loved it, but then the person I purchased it from stop selling the product. This was when it was in the little packets and it was moisturizing and was amazing. What ever is in this little tubes is NOT THE SAME! It is extremely drying to the skin which is not something you want around your eye area and is thick and chalky! It leaves a white chalky film on your skin and does NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL cream use to! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE! I don’t know what Jueness has done but it is the wrong direction and extremely bad for your under eye area!!

I do see a difference and will buy again. No complaints what so ever. 5 Stars!

Does not work and leaves whit stains on my face

It works fast and you barely need a drop. I had to reorder because I didn't receive this one.

On my second order now. I'm a male, age 61 who's had eye bags since my early 50's. The rest of my face is smooth. This is not a product you just slap on quick - which more than likely will result in white powder residue. After washing my face, I apply an eye/face moisturizer which is not greasy. I then wait a few minutes and I squeeze out an amount that equals about half of an ice cream sprinkle - very tiny amount. Then, I dab my finger at angle around the eye bag so I'm kind of spreading it without actually making a spreading motion. After both eyes are complete, I go to my fan and speed up the drying to less than a minute. Once that tightness kicks in, I head back to the mirror for a final check. The eyebags have now shrunken down, like deflated balloons. This is when I love this product, however...Not ever time is a winner. The formula is very finicky! Sometimes you'll do exactly as above, look back in the mirror and the bags will shrink oddly, as if they created a new set of wrinkles. This means part of your skin stuck together and dried that way - like little folds. This is not a look you want to head out with. You can try to apply a tiny drop of water, but most times, that won't work. You'll either create powder reside or it will break the barrier and you bags will come back with a vengeance. I usually opt for rinsing it all off and starting over. Also, sometimes when I apply it a second time over a re-rinsed face, it will sting like hell.I get about 4-5 apps from each tube which is reasonable. Overall, I'm happy to have this temporary fix (lasts about 6-8 hours for me) when I'm out on the town .

i am 46 yrs old and after trying numerous products this completely erases my 11 line brow crease and other lines on forehead. it took a more than a few tries to get perfect plumping flattening results from not working by using too little, and white residue from applying too much. i found adding a tiny drop of warm water helps the tightening effect and the lines are gone all day until i wash face . i use daily ,just added to my makeup routine and no botox needed. definitely recommend . easily look 10 years younger instantly.

Comes unpackaged with just the 5 vials in just a plastic bag. (Picture is all it is packaged in...) No instructions or info included. I used it and it was a thick paste feel. I feel like it could be maybe either old or a diversion product, but not sure obviously. It did slightly improve my morning bags under my eyes not all the way but I could see it.. but I don't like the feel of dried paste or glue on my face so I ended up washing it off. I just wanted to try the product instead of spending $50 to see if I liked it or if it worked, glad I did. I wasn't impressed at all, the other 4 vials are going in the trash.
