Gates will replace or repair, at its option, any Goods proved defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.  This is the sole remedy for breach of warranty. Is the nut included?

The bolt that holds the pulley to the tensioner is installed on the unit.  The bolt that holds the assembly to the engine block is not included.  You re-use the old bolt if it is in good condition.  If not, you need to replace the mounting bolt.  I hope this helps you.
