Good quality for sourdough
So far so good. I bought this to start a sourdough and in just 2 days, after 1 feeding it tripled it’s size. Also it smells really good.

Resealable package keeps the product fresh
Love this flour. I make my own bread every week and rye bread is part of the rotation. Finding rye flour in the supermarket is difficult. And, if you do find it it's much more expensive than this flour.

Bob’s Red Mills products are quality like the days of my childhood before all the small companies were bought out by big organizations like Nestle & General Mills & they made everything as cheap as possible.
