I take it alone in a small amount of water. Works really fast & well for my sulfate/sulfur issues. Good luck.

is ethanol in the product containing sulphur too? I thougth alcohol has sulphur. thanks

Alcohol isn’t a sulfur. You can drop the tincture in hot water for few minutes until alcohol has evaporated but your using less than 10 drops at a time,anyway. I can’t live w/o Sparga due to CBS mutations & severe sulfur intolerance-mold & Lyme. Life-saver for me!

Dr. Cowden's Protocols

Anyone who is struggling with auto-immune deficiencies or chronic illness (Lyme's included) will benefit from this and any protocol from Nutramedix. Dr. Cowden is certainly an authority on the subject and has development these protocols to provide natural healing without getting locked into the pharmaceutical industry. All of his drops are plant based derivatives, very potent and effective. If you start slowly, you won't have a lot of nasty 'die off' reactions. Hope this helps!

I waited a few months before writing this review. I am allergic to sulfur and sulfites, what do i eat? Instead of complaining i followed my MD advice with the diet plan. But i also conducted some research, this product works10000% As soon as i realize i an having a reaction i take a few drops and this product really works.

Not for me :(

This gave me lots of stomach discomfort. I wasn’t able to use it long enough to know if it really works. :( If you can tolerate it without any discomfort then you would need to be tested to know if it really does reduce sulfur. If so, then it might be great for those with sulfur intolerance.

Thiamine deficiency

Sparga improved my sulphur intolerance, but after a few months the condition worsened. I then added molybdenum, and again had a temporary improvement. After a year of this I came across thiamine deficiency as a cause of sulphur intolerance, within days of taking it I was able to tolerate high sulphur foods and supplements again.

I added this about three weeks ago to my current regimen for Lyme disease and couldnt be happier. I've had unexplained unilateral lower leg edema which would not budge. After starting this product it has steadily been fading away. A previous urine test showed that I was off the chart high in ammonia so I assume that is what this product is helping me detox for. Will be starting the full Cowden protocol soon. Best wishes
