If I remember right, the pants fit a bit snug after washing, but more like leggings. The shirts were perfect, but they did shrink after washing. The sweater type shirt stayed a bit bigger.

Q: Do these come with tags on them?

Yes but mine was missing one pair of leggings. I wasn't sure how to return without it looking like I had just kept a pair, so I do not recommend.

My daughter was 17 months in September when I bought the 18 month this. I felt that it was a little on the small side because she is tall as well (93 percentile for her age), but she is also on the thicker side in her thighs. Not chunky, but not lean, just thick. She only wore it a couple times and I passed it on. I hope this helps.
