Itโs an inner tube!
Good basic inner tube at a cheap price. I like the metal screw down collar on the valve to stop it getting out of place.

Really does fit all sizes
I had my doubts about whether it fit my bike as when I did attempt to pump it up the first time, the inner tube didn't fully expand. However, when I got a proper bike pump it fit the wheel perfectly. Would defo recommend it, especially because of the price, ยฃ5.00 was a steal.
