Replacement handle for an interior door, and it was not only inexpensive, but very easy to install.

This replaced a traditional knob that oddly failed internally and locked the door closed - taking a half hour to McGyver out! I believe I came up with new swear words.The knob was also near knuckle-skinning close to the jamb, and increasingly difficult to use with arthritis.The lever design solves the two ergonomic issues for that door - perfect fit but one screw was difficult to put in.This may be a door issue as the old knob required constant tightening of one screw.As a side note, we reside in an Southern California earthquake zone. This lever is for an attached garage to house man door that is closed. We leave all other internal doors open, or partially closed - as in the event of an earthquake, a closed door could become jammed... closed.Guests come, we have a prybar in case. It's not if - but when a large one hits.

Very attractive modern look. Installs easily and operates smoothly.Time will tell about durability.

Use that for our bathroom door it works and a good price

I bought this to tech my 5 year old how to use the same type of door handle as the bathroom door at school. The fear of getting locked in was hard for her to understand would not happen with this type of handle, until I bought it and had her practice. Now she is a pro at school and has no issue locking the door while using the potty. It's great quality too and looks great in my house even though I bought it for learning purposes.

Fulfills ada single button lock requirement for restrooms.

I ordered two units. These are meant for installation for ADA requirements on two bathrooms in my restaurant. The Locking button would not release on one unit and the other unit as soon as you turn the door knob the latch would stay in and not pop out. Both units are of extremely cheap quality and I will never purchase anything from this particular company ever again. Had to return product. I don't see why they try to sell something of such cheap quality knowing that it's going to come right back

I don't know if it has something to do with installation but the lock is a little hard to press. It is a good quality overall.

The thumb-lock is very cheap and flimsy. Pressing down is not smooth. Moreover, a few times it has locked on it's own (technically shouldn't be possible), and we had to use the key from outside to unlock.
