Works with Orbit Bhive but Needs Connector Cut Off
Purchased to replace original Bhive Orbit power adapter. Came with a connector that needed to be cut off and wired stripped to connect to terminals in controller. Works fine, correct voltage and amperage.

Orbit Power Supply for Irrigation Valves
Used this 24vac Orbit power supply to operate an irrigation valve for part of a sprinkler system that needed a flow of 10gpm without a lot of pressure loss vs battery operated timers. Used a regular household GE digital timer to operate the valve until an irrigation 6-point timer can be installed later.

Orbit Off Power
Full disclosure, I'm not an electrician this is just my experience proceed at your own risk.I have an orbit sprinkler system that recently decided to stop working. Taking a look at the unit reveals an "off power" message. Well, what does that mean, the controller display is on so what gives. After some searching on Google I learn the problem may be due to a bad controller transformer. There are two power sources for the controller, battery for the device display and clock and a higher power source to trigger each watering zone to turn on. In my case the transformer wall wart has gone bad. I was able to validate by testing.the output of the Walmart with a multimeter. Turns out it was dead.Ok time to replace the Walmart only one issue, it's an AC 26v 300ma unit. I did my best to find one but no luck. Almost all units I've found are 24v. Another search on google gives me two answers. You must match the voltage while another says it should be ok. They also say the ma rating is ok to be a bit. Higher as the device will pull the necessary amps. I decided to take the gamble and give it a tryI bought this unit only because it matches the brand of my unit. Upon opening first thing I did was measure the power output. This device has a plastic connector and I didn't want to remove it before verifying the voltage.I found something interesting, according to the multimeter the transformer outputs 30v. I'm guessing the device is smart enough to pull the right voltage? I figure at this point this is potentially an advantage given that I need 26v. I strip the wires install and hope for the best. Luckily the message went away and my sprinklers started to work! I'll have to keep an eye on it, hopefully it will continue to work correctly.

Works with my old sprinkler controller
I have a 15+ year old Toro irrigation system and the power transformer for the control box died. I found this Orbit transformer with the same specs as a replacement. To install it, I stripped the wires to connect it to the controller, since it had a non-compatible connector. Working well.

Works great!
Works great for my dual panel James Hardie sprinkler system after old class 2 transformer burned out. It had the following parameters:INPUT: 120 V AC 60 Hz 18WOUTPUT: 12 VAC 14.4 VASo INPUT outlet 120 V AC, frequency of the OUTPUT doesn't change so it's 60Hz on both sides which is standard. My OUTPUT doesn't current spec (in mA) - but easy to figure out if 750mA in the one Amazon sells is enough for me:Maximum output volt-amp. rating 14.4 VA (OUTPUT specs on my old, broken transformer) is just a result of multiplying the OUTPUT "24V" by the max OUTPUT in mA. So my desired output in mA is 14.4/24 = 0.6A = 600mA so yes, 750mA is more than enough in my case and, indeed, it worked just fine.Hope it helps!

Does what it is supposed to
Needed a new sprinkler timer power supply with a longer wire. Found this on Amazon warehouse. Price was right and works.

Wrong voltage
I bought this over the winter to replace one that I already had but it had a crack in the housing. When installed in the summer for the sprinkler system long story short the power supply was only putting out 9 volts when 24 were needed
