Garlic Whirl Butter-Flavored Oil, 1 Gallon

I purchased this to use on my Blackstone. I read on Facebook Blackstone group that someone said this was really good to use for broccoli on the Blackstone. They were correct. I use it for a lot of items on my Blackstone. Love the flavor.

This product is a little weak on the garlic flavor by itself, but it's still very close to pizza joint garlic butter and certainly stronger than any garlic butter I've tried to make out of real butter and garlic.I made garlic bread out of a whole head of oven roasted garlic, a quarter loaf of artisan bread cut horizontally, garlic whirl brushed on the open face of bread, Italian parsley, maldon salt.Best garlic bread ever!Also goes great on any other dishes that love garlicky flavor.

My husband and I really like the taste of this and uses it on the grill ALL THE TIME. It bothers me that after buying it this time, they reduced the price by $2. It's not cheap stuff.

So to me this tastes like papa John’s garlic butter, but my daughter says it doesn’t so guess in my household is mixed reviews. Maybe add a little butter to it. I like it though!

I love it. Personally I could use more garlic flavor but I am a garlic freak. It has a nice buttery texture and heats easily. It's great to dip pizza crust or your whole slice. Great to brush on meats as a marinade or sear them. It also seasons vegetables well. Wonderful brushed on baked asparagus with some Parmesan sprinkles!! Very versatile.

I was thinking I could dip bread or crab legs or pizza crust in this, like the little cups that come from *that* popular pizza place. No way! The garlic flavor is overwhelming. It could work as part of a recipe in the right amount, but as a dip, it's just too strong. And I really like garlic!

I was hoping to find something that tasted more like a chain pizza restaurant's garlic butter. This has a stronger, fresh garlic type flavor and is a bit too different tasting to qualify as a substitute.
