Compact and powerful
It is very compact, very easy to transport, it is one of the best features that I like the most. With a 4-amp battery I was working almost a whole day. At least 150 2x4 inch wood cuts. 👌👌👌👌👌

Truly portable
Great little chop saw. Used it on a trim remodeling job recently and was enjoyable to move around compared to my 10 or 12 inch. Only downside is no double bevel but is not a deal breaker. Being cordless is also a plus . 5ah battery will last a long time

I’m just a hobby guy and my last cordless saw was at least twenty years old ryobi. It was junk. Struggled with a2/4. This one doesn’t hardly slow down. Pretty light and works great. Shouldn’t have bought a big one first. This one could do almost everything. Love it

A must tool for the DIYer!
Very good tool! A must have for the DIYer for finish work. It's a Dewalt so you know what you are getting as far as quality but even then, I was surprised at how good it cuts plus the laser line is a game changer. Unlike other miter saws I have; the dust collector works well too! I have primarily used for finish work but have cut some dimensional lumber (2x4s & 2x6s) and it seemed to work just fine, but I don't think I would use it for a large framing/building project.

Wanted to send back but didnt
I kind of wanted to cancel or return. Then I recieved and tried it out.... it is now found itself in my everyday pack out and is probably one of my favorite buys when it comes to powertools that I lug around from job to job... Love this saw it's very handy for 2x6 - 1x2 cutting.. only thing it can't do is large crown or wide base and 2 by 6 is about its biggest dimensional lumber I use it for so very useful. Cuts straight and has shadow line

Clamp DCS361B
I got the Miter Saw, DCS361B 2022 and I like it except one thing. I got a clamp with it that is never able to hold anything. It just slides up and up and has no set handle to stop it from sliding on the back side. Additionally it does not look like the one in the picture either. Either somebody switched it or they included a useless piece.I would like to know what clamp anybody else is using with this saw since the slot is square and I ordered other clamps but none of them would fit anywhere on this saw. I always have to "rig" something with external regular clamps to hold the pieces I want to cut.
