Very light and thin
Bought this for mounting an Inforce light close and tight to my Midwest Industries rail at a more comfortable 45-degree angle, but the base of the light is too thick and hits the picatinny top rail. The gap is about 3/16" between this mount and the top pic rail. A different light or other accessory will probably fit fine, but not Inforce lights. Gave it five stars because it's lightweight aluminum, very thin and seems well made, but I don't think it will stand up to hard use. Can't confirm that though. I ordered a Monstrum M-LOK 45 Degree Offset mount which looks a little beefier and pushes the light a little further out. I'll write a review on it once I get it. Hope this helps others with Inforce lights.

Good quality and easy to install
Simple tool to solve a problem. I wanted to have an offset that wasn’t hanging too far away from my rail and this solved the problem. My only caution is the screws can be easily stripped.

Blue Threadlocker
If there is a screw on a gun anywhere threadlocker MUST BE USED. or it is going to come loose. The mount is fine and has not fell off will not fall off and has no wiggle. Have a Holosun on it..

Very low profile - not for offset red dots / reflex sights
This product appears to work as advertised. Easy to install, seems solid once it is mounted. I did not fire the rifle with this mounted, so I cannot confirm that it will hold zero, but I suspect it would hold just fine. This did not work for my application because it was too low profile. I mounted a mini red dot sight on this rail, but with it being so low, it was actually hard to get my eyes aligned with the red dot when the rifle was canted. With my head firmly planted against the stock, I was still straining to get my eyes in front of the reflex sight. This is more a function of the shape of the handguards than the product being reviewed, but the combination did not work for my needs nonetheless. It would work great for other accessories - lights, lasers, etc, but I would not recommend using this for offset red dots or reflex sights. See pics. No stars docked because there's no way I could have known this before physically mounting it to the rifle.

Great Product Except...
I use this as a flashlight mount and it works excellent. The only thing I don't like is the screws seem to be cheap and one stripped easily. I replaced it with one from Home Depot and it works great. I bought another one for my other rifle.

Won't fit with anything next to it (on Pic-rail or m-lok rail)
If you plan to mount this so that it is next to the picatinny rail on your rifle, know that you can't have anything on the top pic rail. That means if you have a backup / flip-up sight at the end of your rifle, this can't go next to that. My light mounts to this just fine, but I had to install the light before installing the rail, as the light (Olight Baldr Pro) has a quick detach lever, which can't be accessed once this rail is installed. This problem would go away somewhat if you flip it so that the rail points down, but for my light, this works best to reach the switch with this rail installed above rather than below the barrel. Also, while it screws into the m-lok rail just fine, it's longer than typical M-lok components - it hangs over into their rail section. I had to sand about 3/16 to a 1/4" off the end of my Magpul rail cover to get it to fit next to this.

Nice
There are hundreds of these on the market and I just happened to buy this one. I haven't found a definitive use for it yet but it's nice having on hand.
