These mallets are really good. They have a great feel
I've been a drummer for over 30 years now. My oldest son is now a drummer and plays the bass drum. He was already using the schools 'loaner' mallets for practice but he needed his own. I've always purchased Vic Firth sticks and mallets, from my marching days and when I order for my home drum set needs.These mallets are really good. They have a great feel; balance wise and grip wise. I would recommend these for marching band/corp style playing.

Use this for the professional drum-line I play for. Love the feel and size of the head and it’s a solid stick.

Good for Tahitian Drumming (for Pahu)
I play tahitian drums, Pahu (bass drum) to be more specific, these mallets are perfect for me, lightweight but powerful. I will purchase them again.
