This is by Blue Bird house for the blue birds that I notice for the first time in more than 25 yrs here.

The first two birdhouses I purchased were great! Very happy! I decided to buy one more and when it came in I was very disappointed. Apparently the company has poor quality control. The most prominent part of the birdhouse is the roof. The roof was made of an inferior piece of wood that is sure to deteriorate quickly. So whoever assembled the birdhouse didn't care about the quality and the person that packaged it didn't care either.

I paint these and give as gifts and use on my own backyard fence.The birds love them. I bought copper covering for the hole to keep predators out.Product review update:I have bought numerous of these to decorate and give as gifts. I went to buy more and they are now over $10 more each. I will be shopping from a different vendor. I'm sorry this vendor decided to increase their price so much, it doesn't make sense.

Out of the box appears well constructed with good cedar wood. I like the single screw holding a hinged front for easy cleaning. The box is stapled and seems solid with no seam gaps. I might apply some clear spar varnish to the roof for added weather protection and added years. Simple design and I would recommend this bluebird house. Biggest challenge is keeping the sparrows out..

bird house is built very well, but one of them had a crack in the back, all the way through, from top to bottom. I had to glue it together before drilling a hole to hang, otherwise, I think, that part of the back would have fallen off. Does not look to be caused by transport.

While we have a number similar bluebird houses spread around our little property, this particular purchase came with a glitch. In spite of the "easy front opening for cleaning" specification cited on the Amazon site, the bird house we took delivery of was completely and tightly fastened on all sides. The front didn’t open in any way, shape, or form. We made a few small alterations to solve the situation, as well as add a few useful enhancements (such as drainage.) While our little bird house improvement project was no big deal, it should have been superfluous (per specifications.) Nevertheless, for the $10.85 we disbursed, free Prime 2-day shipping, this relatively sturdy bird house is a more than a reasonable purchase and will undoubtedly welcome its share of feathered friends.

Great bird house and I really liked finding out about this wonderful small business that builds with high quality. Almost immediately the house had a tenant. I’m looking forward to seeing who moves in over the winter!

I ordered four of these houses to place around our 20 acre lot. I just put them up so I can't say whether or not we have been successful, but the houses are much prettier than the pictures show. They are well built and simplified to make installation seamless. The back panel on the first one I installed cracked when I screwed it in so be very gentle. I chalk this up to my mistake in that I was not delicate enough with my tools. The other three went up very well. Once secured, they are very sturdy even with the one screw. I am looking forward to seeing all the bluebirds on our property nest in these boxes!

May have been late in season but nests were not used by bluebirds and we feel holes too small for our swallows so we will cut larger. Good solid built and good wood.

I was very pleased with the bluebird house I purchased. It is well made and it is exactly as advertised!

Don't know yet.It's for the birds.We will have to ask them next spring.

Will see how they hold up . Appear well made.
