Came when expected, packaged very carefully. I am a lady that managed to carry it inside and assemble it without a hitch within an hour.Lay out all the pieces and count them all to be sure you have what the instructions require you to have. Comes with its own hex tool. No other tools needed. Put the washers on the appropriate pieces and then you'll be on a roll.This thing was heavy which means it feels sturdy so as not to easily be tipped over and holds actual books without an issue, weight on the shelf wise, not an issue.It is really pretty, modern and looks much pricier than it was and makes my place look light n bright n happy.I bought the coffee table, love it, the other bookcase, the sofa table and am considering the little end tables even though I don't need them.This is a beautiful collection and I am very very pleased.

Over all extremely easy to put together the instructions are horrible but once you figure it out it snaps together pretty easily and it's very sturdy looks very nice easy to clean shipping was super fast packaging was awesome.

I bought this to go in our new bar so that I could display my JD and shot glass collection and it all looks great! The unit is sturdy and, with a little help, fairly straight forward and easy to put together. Do get help when moving it into place, it's not light.All in all, it's a very nice, well built and good looking unit. Highly recommended.

The shelf came packaged with bubble wrap on the exterior of the box, no flaws except for minor scratches underneath the shelves. Glass is in excellent condition. Instructions felt awkward and required ultra focus. there's step 1 which is putting the entire unit togeather and step 2 for the installation of the glass strip on the back of the shelf. Assembly took about an hour and it looks great although it was wobbly so I had to put jambs underneath to prevent rocking. Awesome shelf for whatever you need it might take some finageling to get it to stand correctly but all around worth the money. 8/10

We bought this shelf for our newly renovated office. I wasn't too sure about ordering shelving online. However, the design of this shelf was perfect. When we put it together it looked amazing! Very classy. Looks fantastic! We use it to display books but it could display decorations, anything really. Love it. I would love to buy more furniture like this one.

Not difficult to put together and it looks like a really expensive bookshelf without the really expensive price tag. I put this together by myself in about 2 hours - took me longer since the assembly would have been much easier with two people. You have to line up different pieces and with only two hands, it's harder than I thought. But I'm a strong independent woman *cue Beyonce music* and once it was all said and done, I'd give it about a 3/10 on the difficulty scale. If you can though, go ahead and make sure your partner or a friend can help you assemble it, you'll thank yourself
