A L'Olivier Raspberry Fruit Vinegar 200ml

Amazing product, perfect balance of taste, superb delivery time

I substitute this for the vinegar in a 3 bean salad, and it's simply amazing. It's also good drizzled on ricotta cheese and sliced tomatoes. Pricey, but worth it (in our house, anyway).

Interesting to note the bottle images given on AMZN are in French, which make it look like raspberry vinegar. The actual bottle is in English. The label is more clear, in that this is actually a raspberry puree, thickened w/ pectin, to which some vinegar has been added. So, it’s not as acidic as some other straight raspberry vinegar you might be used to. This definitely has a nice raspberry flavor which would be great for a salad dressing like raspberry vinigarette, but may need some adjusting for things like BBQ sauce.

I mix it half and half with lemon-infused olive oil for salad dressing.

I love this product. It is delicious. It's also a key ingredient in a salmon salad dish that I make. I used to buy it at Whole Foods, but it hasn't been on the shelves for months. I was hesitant to buy it on-line because I know it has an expiration date and there are no returns on this item.I tried making my salmon salad dish with champagne vinegar instead, but the flavor fell flat.I took a chance and ordered it here. It arrived yesterday. The first thing I did was check the expiration date, which is over a year out. So, I am thrilled to have a family favorite back on our shelves.

One of the best tasting vinegars I’ve had in my life. For tomato fans there is no equal. To say I love this vinegar is not enough. I esteem this vinegar. I require this vinegar. I worship this vinegar. I may love it more than some members of my family. This vinegar is essential to salad dressing. You need this vinegar in your life. It’s expensive but come on - how is it even done? Magic, I’m sure.
