I prefer to have velvet covered hangers in the closets. They look better and tend to be better in terms of hanging clothes. My 16 year old son, however, manages to break multiple hangers each week no matter what kind I buy him and I was sick of replacing expensive hangers for him when no one else in the house has this problem. These looked nice enough for his closet and at a price that I don't mind them being somewhat disposable. They've actually exceeded my expectations. They are holding up better than the velvet hangers we get for the other closets even if they don't look as nice. I'm fine with that. It's a 16 year old boy's closet. It doesn't need to look perfect as long as I'm not wasting good hangers every week.

When we downsized, we were stuck with a two-tier closet bar system. Although this works for shirts in theory, in practice the upper row of shirts drag on the lower bar and the lower row of shirts drag on the floor. These hangers provide an essential extra couple of inches. Very helpful! I just wish they weren't so expensive.

These are some high-quality hangers. Very tough, they can hold a heavy pair of jeans that have broken lesser hangers without so much as bowing or bending. I've shopped around, and this is the best value on hangers period, never mind such high quality hangers. Very satisfied, I know where I'm getting my hangers from now on.

They seem sturdy so overall I am satisfied. I didn't realize that they were flat plastic instead of round like I am used to with other typical plastic hangers. The hook part that goes over the bar is therefore taller and harder to fit in my closet which has a shelf above the bar.

They don't leave weird shoulder marks like other adult hangers!!

We bought these from Ikea previously but it is so convenient to be able to get them from Amazon. I love these hangers. PROS: They are not bulky. They are flexible enough to not break if accidentally pulled or twisted. Clothes stay on but come off when you want them to. (Some of the felt or velvet type hangers hold onto the clothing too well -- so that it is hard to remove a garment from the hanger.)

The hangers pictured are NOT what I received. I was expecting the IKEA hangers I have purchased more than once before. Th hangers I received are smaller than the ones pictured, are not as sturdy, have hooks hanging down which interferes with the items hung on them, and have a deep indentation on top as well. I am NOT happy with this purchase since I was sent a completely different item from the one I ordered.

These hangers are of good quality and very sturdy. They hold jeans without bending. I will purchase more.

Works as described! This would be 5 stars, but the hangers are a little flimsy for heavy coats, everything else they work great.
