Do you really only get one lace per order? I read in s review someone got only one shoelace

The other lace definitely gets hidden inside the box! If you pull out both tabs at the ends of the box and flatten it, the other lace will pop out! We have received returns where the customer was adamant they received one lace and when returned back to us, there are actually a pair of laces inside! The review of the customer that received one lace we believe is part of a fake review ring. Please read the customer's other reviews, and take what they say with a grain of salt. When a new customer purchases our product they may have doubt they will receive only one. When they reach out to us and we tell them the lace is hiding, 10/10 times the lace is in the box! Please do not let that review cast doubt in your mind! We are changing the way we package our items so that both laces fall out of the box at the same time to avoid confusion! Thanks for reading!

Is there a guarantee or warranty on the laces? My grandson’s laces started fraying after a week or 2. They work great except for the end that came off

I would let the actual company know in case yours are imitations.

will they shred if you cut these and knot them if you don't want the floppy bow look?

Hello, they were not intended for cutting. However, we listen to customer feedback and have found that if you cut them and knot them at the end they do stay knotted. The interior is rubber and the exterior is polyester, so cutting them will look unfinished, but if you get the knot close enough to the end it shouldn't look too bad. How do they stay “locked”?

I just tied them as usual and they stay tied because of the material they are made of. They are great!

Great for Converse High Tops but too expensive.

Really good item, has made it so much easier to get my Converse high tops on and off. Also makes them more comfortable as even if you tie these tightly they still give unlike normal laces which I find are easily tied too tightly on high tops. Knocked one star off as I think the price is too high.

Unfit for purpose & more!

Unfit for purpose with Converse hi-tops. To slip on: you either have to have these tied so loose that there isn't much point in even having them in in the first place. To use like regular laces with a bit more give: too much hassle due to the material being slippy, so you end up with massive loops or massive lace ends dangling on the ground behind you. I'm sure these would work grand for a more rigid shoe, but for converse hi-tops I would avoid at all costs.
