Use the size charts for a good fit
I did try several different sizes to get the best fit, and the 12H was perfect for the boy. the size charts are accurate so use those to be sure. The fabric is really nice, thick and should hold up well. He says they are comfortable and that's a win. Cargo pockets are handy, and these pants look good.

Great fit
These pants fit great for my grandson who is 16 and extremally thin. The fit is not only great but it keeps in him style and we now have purchased 2 pairs.
