AcmeDresden Arm Chair (Set-2) - - PU & Cherry Oak

I was extremely hesitant to order these chairs on line but I am so very glad I did...the chairs are BEAUTIFUL, STURDY, WELL MADE, and WERE EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! Did I mention that they arrived early? I am a happy customer!!!

The chairs are beautiful to look at. They are of good quality and very solid. The shading and colors are magnificent. Everyone who has seen them comment on how beautiful and unique they are. The only qualm that I have is that the arms do secure to the back of the chairs properly. I'm afraid that they will come off and leave holes in the back of the chair where the arms connect. What do I do when this happens.

I like it very much it’s beautiful but it’s just very low. I put 5 stars because when I called the customer service I felt relieved when the associate named Liz let me return the item. I will buy another acme Dresden armchairs from amazon that have the right size! Thank you Liz and thanks to Amazon good customer service!👍

The LOOK of these chairs is absolutely stunning. The wood is VERY heavy, and for the price, they are a good purchase.The pros are:Price is terrificLook is greatWood is solidDesign is wonderfulEasy to assembleAll parts were intactThe cons are:The plastic covers on the seat cushions are very difficult to remove. The process requires a sharp razor blade and a steady hand.The padding inside the seat cushions is very soft, not firm, which becomes apparent after a few weeks' usage.The seat height could be higher.There were LOTS of loose threads along the piping, which had to be carefully removed.Overall, we are very pleased.We WISH the company would offer side chairs in the same nice solid brown color, of the arm chairs. That, would be great.The elegance of the design certainly "spiffed up" our fine jewelry store!

I put the chairs together myself before my husband got home as they were a gift.To level the legs do not fully tighten till you have assembled them completely then put the chairs on a level hard surface, set in the chair make sure all four legs are level then tighten.

Color of the wood didn't look like picture.. Very light brown with orangey tint.. Didn't look like Cherry oak at all..Waiting for prepaid return label & issuance of a full refund . Item is in the original box..

I bought 10 armless chairs from this company and I wanted to complete my set with two armed chairs. The quality and sturdy furniture far exceeds the price they are asking for. I am just delighted with all the chairs from this great company.

Chair is good the arms are hard to put on, instructions were not clear.
