We really needed this top for my daughter's 6th grade chorus performance and I was really hoping it would work but... The top runs super small. We got size 16 for my 11 year old who wears an adult's XS... she is 5'5, 113 lbs. It was tight and very short on her. Also the materials were full of static and so the layer over the bottom tank top was all crumbled and stuck to the body. In my opinion a size 16 fits more like a size 10 in kids. We returned the top.

This is a beautiful top. It's perfect for my daughter's fourth-grade concert. I don't know if it is because it is January and very dry out, but this top is very staticky! I need to pick up an anti-static spray so it won't cling. As far as sizing, my daughter is 58 inches tall and has a 22-inch waist. The medium fits her well. If she were wearing this top with a skirt, I would have her wear the medium. Because of the reviews, I also purchased a large, which is the top she will actually wear for her concert. She will wear the large because it will look dressier with the velvet pants she plans to wear. So I would say it runs slightly small. It's definitely worth purchasing and both my daughter and I love it!

I needed a plain, white top for my daughter's orchestra concert. This shirt was perfect! The material is roomy and the bell sleeves give a nice detail. The top is conservative but not too stuffy or old-looking. My 11-year old LOVED it...especially with the necklace. The shirt has two separate layers to it, and the bottom layer is a nice lining layer to ensure that the shirt is not see-through. The over layer is more sheer and flowy. While the material is polyester, it doesn't feel cheap. I did machine wash it on the delicate cycle and put it on a hanger to dry; that seemed to work fine. Very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend it.

I bought my daughter both a large and extra-large and the extra large fit much better. She is 5'3" and weighs 95 pounds and has a very thin / narrow build. She never wears an extra large in anything, but she does in this blouse

This is a beautiful dressy shirt. We wanted something a little nicer than the white polo that my daughter normally wears to her band concerts. We ordered this shirt for her to wear to Solo & Ensemble and it was just beautiful on. She's normally a 16-18 in girls tops, or an XS in women's and this top fit her very nicely. It's an appropriate length, and the neckline is appropriate for a girl her age, as well. I wish they had this in another size up, because I would buy one and put it away for next year.

Amazing blouse! It is made of very fine material and the lace is just outstanding. But it does run small so I would recommend getting a large if you are a medium in general. Which I bought a large and it fits perfectly even though I am a medium in general. Overall, I really enjoy this product and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.😀

Bought this for my daughter's band performance. The reviews seemed to indicate this runs large, so I ordered a size smaller (M 10/12) and should have gone with the size my daughter usually wears (L). It's too small, but since the concert is tomorrow, have no choice but to use it. Also, she'll need to wear a camisole underneath, the material is so thin, you can see right through it. Will only get 1 wear and then it'll go to donation pile. I regret not shopping earlier!
