Art and Architecture in Mexico (World of Art)

Arrived in Poor condition
The book itself is beautiful and the colorful, semi-gloss images are true to what is described in the product info; however, the books wasn't packaged in a carboard box, and, sadly, it arrived terribly misshapen. I will try to reshape it, and then send it back, if I'm not successful. If I had a camera phone I would add an image here to show the damage. In all the years I have ordered books, I have never seen one arrive in such poor condition. Other than the physical condition, I'm happy with the book (though it is small if you are looking for something more similar to most textbook sized publications). I think it is more than worth the price. The material spans the years 1520-1990, and is comprehensive in that respect. I also found the content to surpass Painting in Latin America by Alcala and Brown as a Yale University Press publication (also comprehensive in its inclusion of colorful imagery), but, in my opinion, was a watered down text compared to the social and cultural commentary detailed in Art and Architecture in Mexico (World of Art). A good addition to anyone's library, in my opinion.

For class but was actually interesting
I bought the book due to it being a course requirement for one of my classes but turned out to be quiet interesting! Great visuals and interesting info!
