Red DingoDesigner Dog Harness, Small, Daisy Chain Purple

Cute harness but very thin straps even for a small dog. And too small for a 10 lb Pom. Considering ordering next size up.

I really need to just buy all the Red Dingo harnesses of this style. Most importantly to me are the plastic clips and metal rings! The plastic clips attach near the TOP of my dog's back instead of near her chest, so my dogs elbows never hit the clips and they never rub along her armpits or lower rib cage. I'd buy it just for that fact but also, there is a metal ring at the top of the back and also under the neck. I love using the one at the neck because it completely prevents my dog from pulling and harming her throat/esophagus. If she tries to pull, the tension on the leash runs from my hand to under her neck and she just turns around. No coughing or choking at all. If you have a smaller dog that likes to pull, this is the harness for you!Finally, the material and stitching are durable enough for my dog, who doesn't really chew through harnesses or leashes, so YMMV.

I have a 3lbs pom pup and couldn't find anything that fit her. That wasn't too big in the front and she wouldn't chew. This harness has allot of adjustable places on it and fits her nice! Very well made also

This harness fits my 12.5 pound Maltese/Shih Tzu mix perfectly! I needed a harness that she can't "back up" out of- the typical step-in harnesses allow a dog that is pulling away to back up and out of the harness. My dog has a tendency to get freaked out if her leash gets caught up around a tree or a chair, etc. and then she starts backing up to get away. More than once, that has resulted in her escaping her harness. I live near a busy road and my dog isn't the greatest listener, so I've been searching for a good harness ever since she learned this escape trick. This harness solves that problem because in addition to securing around her tummy, the harness also secures around her neck. Even with the neck part rather loose (to make it easier to slip on/off over her head), I feel much more confident that my dog won't be backing up out of this harness!As for the quality/design of this item, I love the grosgrain ribbon. It's adorable and looks great on my dog. The thickness of the fabric is just right for my little dog. Also, I think it's really convenient and unique that this harness has two buckles around the tummy area. This makes it much easier to put on/take off the harness. The stitching on the harness seems sturdy and thick and the plastic buckles also seem sturdy. I've only had this harness for a couple of days now, however, so I can't speak as to the long-term durability of the item. If necessary, I'll update this review in the future re: durability. For now, it seems to be a well-made adorable harness! No more escaping!! :)

I ordered this harness for my 16 # chihuahua mix 1 year old. I wanted a harness with both front and back rings. The front ring on this harness isn't prominent so it isn't as accessible as I'd like. I went by the measurements on the website which stated 18 inches for the chest. The tag attached to the harness stated it would fit a chest measurement of 17 inches and I measured it at 16.5 inches when it is closed and all the way extended. It would probably have worked at 18 inches. I liked the design and color and especially the cute bone shaped clips. The webbing is a little too narrow for my taste and I will look for something a little wider. There doesn't seem to be any in-between size for small dogs.

Great little harness for our 6# puppy. It's adjusted about halfway. We also purchased the matching collar and leash. Puppy looks great in her matching daisy chain red.

I've never really bought a harness for any of my dogs but with our new puppy.. she is scared of everyone and with this harness it definitely helps her. I think she feels safe knowing I'm in control when we walk in public also if I have to pull her. It doesn't hurt her at all. She does go a bit crazy but that's because she's still learning social behavior around people. It's a really great first harness and it's very durable. There are times I caught her chewing on it and there was no damage done to it (: . Beautiful material and many compliments receiv​ed!

Meine zwei Hunde sind nämlich sehr unterschiedlich, haben aber mit diesem Geschirr die gleiche Größe.Das Blöde aber ist, dass diese Spangen, die die Geschirrteile zusammen halten, so eng sind, dass ich sie am Hals abknipsen musste. Ich konnte nämlich das Geschirr sonst nicht über den Kopf ziehen, da es festgehalten wurde und nicht zu lockern war. Außerdem geht es etwas schwierig am Hals auseinander zu ziehen.Aber sonst top! Ich bestelle noch welche davon
