Polaris ATV Lock & Ride Tall Windshield- Clear

Yup, just like all of the reviews you have been reading this truly is a great product. 2007 Sportsman 800. Install was a breeze. I had to move my throttle cable to accept the windshield, it then raised my rpm's a bit. In my case I was able to turn and adjust the cable with only my hand to lower the rpm's. Winch switch is not in the way. Also looks very nice with the Polaris emblem and I also like the look of the dark black plastic on the front of the windshield which holds the clips. Good touch to add zip ties in the package to help secure cables in place after the install as I had to cut factory zip ties to move the cables. Read some reviews where people were using the zip ties to hold the windshield in place, I don't get that. Windshield arms are adjustable to fit the bars, once you get it right just tighten the nuts before your ride. Nice coverage in the winds for your hands as well. Yes you may need to lower your head a bit at higher speeds but can't complain. You will get more wind on your back and sides due to the windshield but hey, I would rather have wind there than on my hands and face plus it's hard to beat the physics of the wind. The only way to beat that is to buy a truck or side by side. Highly recommend!

I live one mile to my mailbox, I don't feel like walking always and I don't want to start my vehicle just for the short drive, this is on top of a hill in MN, I go against a prevailing west wind commonly over 30mph wind, the windshield breaks the wind for my hands and head, I wouldn't want to be without it. The windshield installation on my 2005 Polaris 330 ATP required some manipulation but it is flexible and isn't exactly square but it works perfectly. I think its a little pricey but I like it and I didn't want to take a chance on something less expensive that might not be as useful, its the tallest windshield I could find to block the wind. During the winter I won't be going off road with so much snow but in the warmer months I plan on taking it off which shouldn't be too much trouble.

Installed on my 2019 polaris sportsmen 450 HO. Install was easy, you will need to loosen and move the brake lever and cutwire zip ties to position thewindow clamp but was real easy. Kit came with extra zip ties to replace the ones you have to cut off.Fits snug and has min adjustment if you want the windshield in a full upright position for taller person to deflect wind from your face.

Really helps deflect the wind and keep bugs and dirt out of your face. Works well in cutting down on cold in riding in cooler weather.Very durable and easy to put on. My brake handle was too low and in the way on the left side so I had to loosen it and raise it a bit so the window would fit on better but other than that it went right on in about 10 minutes the first time.

HAD I KNOWN THIS WINDSHIELD DID NOT FIT MY 2002 POLARIS SPORTSMAN I WOULD HAVE NOT PURCHASED IT, BUT IT WAS CLEARLY DESCRIBED AS FITTING. I NOW HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING BACK ON A BOX THAT IS 4'X3' AND ALSO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE TO BOOT,BS!!

Fit perfectly on my 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500HO. Installation was easy. Sturdy, looks good, will accomplish what I was wanting to accomplish. Buy with confidence.

guides the wind (and dust) around me. this one is tall and you have to look through it. some are a bit lower which is nice because when the dust builds I can't see well trough the tall one. I wish I would have gotten one 6" shorter.
