Best Naturals Chromium Picolinate Tablet, 200 mcg, 240 Count

I'd taken it on and off when I was younger since I had read some BS article about fat melting and muscle building. It worked okay considering that at the time I was a sedentary student. Lately my blood pressure has been running high. Well... it's always been high, but my dentist started this policy where you have to have low enough blood pressure to get any procedure done from cleaning to fillings, because someone had a heart attack from stressing out and died in the chair. I have never been stressed out about dental procedures, but the rules are the rules, so I started looking for something OTC and lo and behold, my old pal chromium can help with that. I prefer to take things I've taken before since I have a lot of bad reactions to common medications so starting something new is enough to give the ol' blood pressure an uptick. Bought a bottle of this and I've been taking it daily. No ill effect, and my blood pressure's down a bit. I also feel like I have a lot more energy, which is a double edged sword during a pandemic.Also these are the same dose as I used to take, but the pill size is soooo much smaller now! The ones I took years ago were almost the size of a Mentos candy. These are more like the size you usually see on the round iburpofen tablets. Will definitely buy again when this bottle runs out.

I mistakenly bought the 200mg instead of 1000mg, so I end up taking 5 of these at a time. But they do work! I’d just rather take 1 pill than 5.

Good product, though I wish the jar size would be that misleading (the 240 tablets fill not more that 30% of the jar volume) and one of the additional ingredients would be replaced.Just in case anyone need more facts and couldn't read those from the picture:1 tablet contains:- chromium picolinate 200mcg (167% daily value);- dicalcium phosphate,- vegetable cellulose;- vegetable stearic acid;- less than 2% of silica (I would have replaced this ingredient) abd vegetable magnesium stearate.No artificial color, flavor or seetere, no preservatives, no sugar, no starch, mo milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no fish, Sodium free.

A few years ago I went to the fat doctor and was prescribed some type of stimulant along with a craving supplement. The stimulants cracked me out so I stopped taking those - don't recommend. However, I did notice I didn't have as much sugar cravings with the appetite suppressant. When I read the bottle it was chromium picolinate. Rather than return to a clinic and over pay for these over the counter items, I turned to Amazon for help. Although still a little fluffy, I'm not consuming nearly as much sugar. When I've read about other sugar craving meds, a lot of those are chromium picolinate. if sweets are your wrakness, might work for you too.

I bought this to help with curbing sweet cravings and weight loss. I will say it seems to be helping with the weight loss though I've only been taking them a short time. However, it also seems to be helping my libido. I'm a man in my mid-fifties and since I started taking these I find that I'm more like a 25 year old in the bedroom. Erections are stronger, everything just works better. I have no idea why or if I'm the only guy experiencing this, but I will say it's pretty crazy. I stopped taking them for a few days and definitely noticed a difference when I started back up. Will see what happens as time goes on. I did see someone comment they are hard to swallow and I don't understand that. These pills are tiny, flat and coated. They go down very easily.
