I have natural hair, dose this product work good on wet hair? Hair type 4b my hair sticks to my head once wet.

I have both 4b and 4c hair. My 4b is in the top and front. For mine, yes it works well on wet hair. It give my hair great curl definition. I have it on repeat every few months to purchase.

Is this recommended for twist outs/ braid outs?

Yes this product works well for twist out and so does the Curl Lala defining custard
