Diamond Crystal Garland Norris Winter Melt

Product is probably 40% or more regular gravel, not ice melting salt. The salt that's in there works as expected, but having the additional gravel in the bag makes me feel like I paid too much and didn't get my money's worth. Not really what I was expecting.

I plan on making ice cream at home this summer. With the old fashioned crank machine, I need rock salt, which is hard to find at the local grocery store. This salt is key to lowering the temperature of the mix so it turns into ice cream. Essential ingredient that is not consumed!

I thought I was purchasing rock salt...not rocks WITH salt! It’s at least 50% rocks and was a complete waste of my money! Nowhere in the details does anything specify that there are actual rocks in with the salt.

I bought this to kill grass/weeds as I heard it would kill it. It would have probably worked better for its intended purpose of melting ice/snow so that's why I rated it the way I did. I'm sure it's a great product for melting snow/ice.

I was looking for old fashioned rock salt, like what we used to place in walk ways to make them weed unfriendly. this didn't work.

This bag was more expensive than the one I bought at the grocery store. I bought it for the convenience, not the price.

It arrived today. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I like real salt (NaCL)for may driveway and walkways. Very happy.
