would purchase again, very good quality
I purchased these mirrors for a 1999 FXSTS, I wanted to get rid of the billet turn signals that cluttered up the handlebars and provide a smoother line. The mirrors do it very well. These mirrors are in a word awesome. They are well constructed and look great. I took them apart first to see how they were assembled inside and it was well done. I don't like to put garbage on my bike. FYI: There is an extremely small locking screw hidden underneath the mirror stem to hold the fastening screw tight. If you can't figure out why the screw won't go in smoothly, that's your answer... Why not 5 out of 5? I felt that the braided cable could have passed through the bottom of the bar for a sharper look. As it is, it comes off the bottom of the stem and you have to wrap it down the cable, not awful looking but not perfect. I'm not sure how it could have been better though. Bottom line, the nicest fully functional lighted mirrors on the market today in my book. Will work as both running lights and turn signals. Load equalizer required.

LED’s have to have resistors to work properly.
I put the mirrors on my Victory Vegas they worked great and look great. But recently I had to change the rear turn signals so I went with LED’s and realized the right running light in my mirror wasn’t working after several hrs of testing with no luck I finally hooked up one of the old turn signals on the rear and everything worked fine so if you are installing LED lighting on a non LED bike you will need to install a resistor in your wiring.

Great mirrors
These look and work great. I only wish that they could be seen from behind. I put these on my 2010 Honda Fury and got rid of the stock signals. The supplied load equalizer is only necessary if you don't like the rate of the flash that these flash at. The rate change wasn't enough to bother me so I omitted the equalizer and everything works perfect. Also my bike apparently has an odd wiring scheme and the lights had to be wired differently than the instructions stated. I had to contact Kuryakyn for some tech support. I give two big thumbs up to the customer service at Kuryakyn. They knew exactly what was going on and explained why and how I needed to wire it(which also turn out to be a simple change that took less than 10min). These were a great purchase and the day Kurakyn releases these with a rear facing flash I will buy those too.

I love them. Durability needs some work
My second pair of these. Replaced because the chrome peeled from the last pair. They do not hold up well to the elements. If your bike is garage kept and you only put a few thousand miles a year on, it should do well. South Florida and a daily driver is hard on chrome finishes. The LED's are bright and so far dependable. As far as looks and being able to see behind me, I love them. Durability needs some work.

Mirrors are look OK but the Customer Service is horrible.
Bought a pair for my VTX1300 bought the adapters. installed them just fine. When I went to adjust the mirrors they where stiff. Read the instructions on how to adjust (loosen the retention screws inside the housing). As a loosen the screws the screw fell out, no big deal I will just tighten back up. No luck the screws are too small and won't bite into the threads, mirror is not just flopping around with no way to hold the tension.Emailed Customer Service: Hey screw is to short can't tension the mirrors your screw seems small and won't bite.Reply from Customer Service: Go to the hardware store and find new screws.Really for an almost $200 pair of mirrors you suggest I just find a random screw to fix it. They didn't even give me the dimension of the screw they use to guide me in some direction. Sending them back, they don't care about their product so neither will I.

This is a great product! Shipping time was excellent and the items were packed very well and secure. It was very simple replacing the tiny mirrors on my used Harley Breakout. Drivers can see me very well during the day and at night, the added benefit is you can see the amber light shining down on the ground as you ride. The light is very bright. Extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

These are nice looking mirrors but adjusting them just right is a challenge. One vibrates quite a bit so I can't see out of it at a stop.
