Napoleon 67002 Maple Wood Chips, 2-Pound Bag

If you are a pork lover, this is a must have. After doing hams, pork butt, ribs and bacon, we cannot go back to just buying off the counter. These chips have spoiled us, for the better. We are so glad we bought the larger smoker this past Christmas. Lets all say Yum Yum.

These chips are great! the flavor they infuse into the meat is so good you won't want to stop eating.

The size of the chips is nearly perfect for dumping on a really hot hardwood charcoal fire when smoking many different meats. My favorite is baby back pork ribs. Mix maple, oak, hickory and others together but make certain you have plenty of ribs to share!

I bought these wood chips for use in my propane smoker. They work alright, but the chips are, in my opinion, a little too small. I prefer larger chips or chunks. I think these chips are better for other applications, like a little smoker box or homemade foil smoker packets. Good maple flavor, though.

I like the Napoleon 67002 Maple Wood Chips, 2-Pound Bag that I purchased.I've used them in my smoker and grill.The maple is not an over kill like hickory might be.

Eh, I don't think it works. I didn't smell anything just smoke. Because you buy and add it on the grill you are waiting already for the type of smell but at the end I think it's in your head.

Great value for the wood chips. Smoke well in my electric smoker. Love the taste on my food these chips impart during the smoking process.

These chips are amazing. They give off a wonderful aroma and infuse whatever you are smoking with a wonderful flavor. I will definitely use again.

These did nothing to improve the taste of my food. I had high hopes based on other reviews, but even during my smoking process I could barely smell anything. Really wish these had worked, since all my gear is Napoleon.

I was needing maple wood chips to smoke a pastrami brisket that I had brined for a week and I did want to overpower the pastrami flavour with a stronger wood, so I ordered this bag of chips. They are a very consistent size of chip in the bag and they helped my pastrami turn out perfectly. The chips fit a Masterbuilt smoker chip loader perfectly.

I also purchased the napoleon s s. Cylinder to put the wood into. This is our first time smoking but everything seems to be working as expected, the only issue we're having is operator error.

These were awesome, provided a nice smoky flavour for brisket. Soaked overnight, were great. highly recommend.

Not much to say, they are wood chips for smoking BBQ. They are just chips of wood. I use them in a V smoke box in my Weber LP BBQ.Purchased in place of apple wood chips as they were FAR more expensive.. and am happy that I did.. as I discovered I like the flavour of the maple wood smoked foods better.
