IT DOES WORK!!! (If you are patient enough)
I was a bit sceptical at first, but the product does surely work. You have to continuously use it for 3 to 4 days for it to have effect. You may hear some crackling sound while using it but that is it just doing its work.I did feel both my ears getting blocked on the 3rd day, due to which I could hear very less ( was a bit scared, not gonna lie) but I heard that’s normal when using this product. Then when I flushed out on the 4th day to my surprise 2 lumps came out of both my ears and believe me the satisfaction was immeasurable. My hearing also was normal by then.Definitely worth a try!!!!

Damn. this thing works, but for first 4 days it literally made me deff and i literally felt like i lost my hearing, i even tried to clean my ear with toothpick lol (please do'nt do that AT ALL, it will only make it worse. but i did't loose hope after reading all these comments and videos on youtube. i used it on 5th day too and boom ... after using bulb to flush all wax from my year on first try.. huge wax started comming out.. i was literally about to cry but i realised i'm getting late for work. lol but nevermind. I highly suggest this product. and you should use it with a faith in it. IT WORKS :) TRUST ME.

Not effective as per price. Too much costly for India
I did not like the product . Will not recommend. That rubber bulb with water did not work at all after two 2 days of using chemical in ear.

Slow action but nice product...
U hv to use continously for 3/4 days to soften the wax. It is mild and safe as it does not irritate ears. Do not expect miracle or instant action but it works in end. Be patient. Only issue is price and time it takes on delivery all because of imported product from usa
