Terrific product
Been using this for a looooong time. Although it can get oily and heavy if you use too much, it works fabulously on dry and damaged hair. I even use it as a heat protectant before using a flat or curling iron. It definitely keeps the moisture you want in and the moisture you don't out.o

Great for curly hair
My hair is shoulder length and naturally wavy/curly. It will frizz if you say the word "rain". This Aveda anti-humectant is the best product I have found to control the frizzies and give my hair exceptional shine. It's expensive but don't be stingy with it. Follow the directions.

Calms Fly-away Hairs
This pomade helps to make fly-away hairs stay in place. It works especially well when I'm due a haircut. It hides frizzy, frayed ends. Smells great, too!

Light (and lightly fragranced)
This is very light and with a subtle fragrance. It doesn’t weigh my hair down and keeps it smooth yet bouncy. I love that it leaves a subtle shine. It’s definitely worth every penny. And a little bit goes a long way. I love it.

Just buy from the salon instead
Appears used. There are finger prints in the pomade. Doesn’t have the Aveda smell like the one I bought from the salon. Returning immediately.

Good but strong
Be careful if you have very fine thirsty curly hair. Very little needed and beware it leaks over in hot weather/temperatures so maybe put it in a ziplock.

I’ve been using this for 20 years and honestly can not do my hair without it.
