Effective traction
As someone who suffers from tech neck after years of looking down at laptops at work, along with mobile devices, etc, I have tried quite a few devices which promise traction. - The weird suspended things which just completely compress feel like they don't do much. - Inflatable neck braces which intend to elevate and align your neck feel like they do little more than choke you. The foam one here can be very aggressive. I've also noticed the highest setting doesn't necessarily provide the greatest traction. The second setting I can feel a relieving pop with when sitting down. Used for 15 minutes a day has dramatically helped with my neck pain. This is one of the items I'll take with me when traveling.

Not particularly comfortable to use!
Made out of strong foam, this traction block should last pretty much forever. The top section is about 4" tall and there are two 1/2" sections that connect to the upper sections by press-fitting the two tongues into the groves of the section above. These joints are not a very strong way to stick the segments together, so they can fall off. The traction block is not the most comfortable of devices to use. The upper surface is rounded, but it still feels like it digs into my neck. It'll probably be less comfortable the more I use it... a bit like how a foam roller can be pretty painful at first. It'll be interesting to see if it does anything to relieve minor neck pain.

It always right away works for my neckaches
I get neckaches from using my laptop with it being on my mattress while I lay on my stomach and lift my head up. Literally, without exaggerating, the very instant I start to use this neck stretcher, my neckache tremendously lessons or instantly goes away. There was never a time that this neck stretcher failed to make one of my neckaches go away really quickly. This makes me feel like I have the ability to do magic.

Effective!
Updated after 3 weeks - l'm in favor of making independent decisions, but for this item you need a doctor advise I've had neck dysfunction for 15 year from computer work. The past couple months I got shoulder pain so bad that it was hard to sleep and my doctor said that was from nerves impacted by my neck. He prescribed this item. It's not an easy go. I started with 1 minute, then a minute and 30 secs. After 8 days I was up to 3 minutes a session. Now after 3 weeks of daily use it's pretty comfortable, and I have dozed off using it! I'm still covering it with a thin yoga mat to make it softer. It has made such a difference. I can feel throughout the day that my posture is aligning and straightening. Wish I had found this years earlier!

Bought due to suggesstion from Chiropractor
I’ve been using the Cervical Orthotic Traction Block for a few weeks, and my experience has been a bit mixed. While it has some useful features, it also comes with a few drawbacks that might be important to consider. Pros: Adjustable Heights: The three-height adjustment is a nice feature, allowing for some customization in terms of traction intensity. It’s great to have options to fit different comfort levels. Sturdy Build: The traction block feels solid and well-constructed, which gives confidence in its durability and longevity. Cons: Comfort Issues: The firm support may be too harsh for some users. It took me a while to get accustomed to the firmness, and even now, it feels quite rigid. If you’re sensitive to pressure or have a history of neck issues, this might not be the most comfortable option. Bulkiness: The block is a bit bulky, which can be inconvenient for storage or travel. It takes up more space than I anticipated, making it less practical for on-the-go use. Initial Discomfort: I experienced some initial discomfort while using it, especially with the higher settings. It’s advisable to start at the lowest setting and gradually increase, but this may still not be ideal for everyone. Overall, while the Cervical Orthotic Traction Block has its merits, such as adjust ability and sturdy construction, it may not be the best fit for everyone. The comfort issues and bulkiness are significant factors to consider before making a purchase.

Wonderful!
I LOVE this! It’s very firm and takes some getting used to but I’m not sure it could be effective if it were softer. It doesn’t hurt though. It’s best if you take your time and try to relax completely. Try it at different locations along your neck. I get tiny little pops and I feel better afterwards.

Very uncomfortable
I bought this a while ago, but gave it a try back then. It caused me a headache and I discontinued using it. I used it again today and same deal. It is too hard and uncomfortable. It doesn’t not decompress my neck but gives a headache instead. I do not recommend it.

The function of it is ok and as described but after some use (ie a few weeks) the ridge making contact with your neck starts to fall in slightly due to the foam material. For the price I would say this is quite poor.

Extremadamente caro para lo que es, una pieza de foam... y encima vino en mal estado, con agujeros, lo devuelvo ahora mismo

Due to crap posture I look a bit like a haggard witch, but I think with this I’m on my way to fixing the humpy neck - there was a noticeable difference after using it for just 5min!
