Great round nose plyers
Just what I was looking for. Great quality tool.

Nicely made
Handles are a bit different from the picture, more compact and thicker, which I prefer. Tips are aligned and the joint was smooth after a few seconds of working it. Fit and finish is not quite as good as Japanese brands but better than the German average.

Wiha versus Knipex round nose pliers
Purchased both brands at the same time in different sizes. Both use high-quality, forged materials and are well made; not likely to fail in one's lifetime. However, the pivot-joint fit, and ease of motion are definitely superior with the Knipex brand over the Wiha. The Wiha joint is too stiff. The round jaws of the Wiha are longer and taper down to a slightly smaller radius, which may be a plus for some applications. My purchases were for home electrical wiring tasks, and making wire fittings for R/C model sailboats.I would evaluate all of these piers as too large in diameter (course) for working with fine jewelry wire projects. Look for something with smaller, finer jaws for that hobby.

Good, solid tool
Not much to say other than they do the job well. They feel nice and solid and definitely don’t give you the craft pliers feel.

Very Nice
Very nice set of round nose pliers, without the "stubbiness" of other round nose pliers. They are small enough for rounding out jump rings, yet large enough to enlarge sterling bails for larger chains to form-fit. Highly recommended for folks looking for a nice pair of pliers. No, they're not made in China. Germany is where mine came from.

Perfect for forming wiring and component leads
Does what it is supposed to do, perfectly formed leads on components for good old fashioned point to point wiring of electronics projects.

Awkward to operate
Solid. Less than smooth to open with one hand. Not spring operated, so it takes time to move your fingers inside the grip. A real pain in the ass for large hands. Bought other spring grip units that fit the ticket. This one will be a give-a-way.

A well-made long nose pliers.
I restore vintage radios from 1917-1925, and many of these sets have stiff bus wire connections. I needed a sturdy pliers to form bends and end connections, and this is the perfect tool for that kind of work. I can vary the radii of the bends by using the taper on the jaws... pretty nice. It also comes in a nice plastic/vinyl sleeve with snap. Overall, I'm happy with this tool.

Like the size
These pliers are a large size which I love. The only think I don’t like is that the ends are slightly textured for better gripping but since I am using mine on molten glass i would prefer that the ends were smooth. I didn’t notice this when I ordered them online.
