Beautiful! Love it! Superb Breyer creature of a draft breed a must for any collection or just fun to play with. Have always loved my Breyers since receiving “TV’s Black Fury” in 62’-63’!

This was my first CollectA horse (I have several of the dinosaur/prehistoric animal figures) and WOW! What an orange horse! It looks like tandoori chicken! The paint-app is pretty bad as well, as you can see in my pics. Luckily I bought this to repaint so it’s no big.Now thats my initial impressions are out of the way... the model a good size (standard size for CollectA, SafariLtd, Schleich, or similar product). It’s solid, slightly soft plastic so it has some heft to it. I’m glad Breyer is involved with these as the sculpt is AMAZING. Great anatomy and detail. There is also gloss on the eyes and in the nostrils to make them look ‘wet’. Very nice touch!Conclusion: Great sculpt and very poor paint job. Mine may have been a dud?... I have a couple other different breeds coming in so we’ll see. Kids might not care about the flaws, but if you are an adult collector I would say this isn’t particularly displayable.

Granddaughter loves playing with this collection. Works well with the Playmobil carriage. One of my favorites in the collection.

I purchased two of these--one for me and one for my two-year-old because he wants Mommy's model horse collection. One of them came in pretty good condition and the other came with a pretty scuffed up paint job. Sadly, this has become more the norm for the Breyer/Collecta line of regular run items. There's no vendors for these items in my area even though I live in a large city, so I have to hope that what I order online will be worth the money paid for the items. When they come with a good paint job, though, they are really lovely.
