Sent product that didn't work. Came in a box that looked like it was opened before and taped back together. Sent items back and they claimed it wasn't all there and didn't refund all my money. Definitely don't recommend buying from them. Not good product or service.

Saved about $200 as box had been opened. All was excellent as described by the Polaris Store on Amazon. Quick delivery. Factory instructions were good except for minor note at end of this review. Installation easy for those with modest mechanic ability and correct tools. Torque wrench is wise for certain bolts as suggested. Note the need for the heavy Polaris bumper that some machines may not already have installed. No special adapters or homemade electrical connections needed for Polaris machines listed as compatible. Hint: Before mounting the winch per instructions, first look for two electric connectors already on the Ranger that are anchored in place. (One above left side of winch location, one to the right.) They are far easier to free from their factory location before installing winch. The directions indicate locating them later, but when you do, you will likely have to take the winch back off, free the two electronic connectors/wires, and then remount the winch in order to connect it to the factory installed wiring at the place the instructions call for this. There isn't room to get to them once the winch is on the mounting plate. True for the 2021 Ranger 1000 and likely similar machines. Some other models may not have this problem late in the installation process.
