Hi MountainSeasoning -- GARLIC PEPPER GRILL RUB

I have tried many many rubs before and this is my all time FAVORITE!!! The texture is soft so it helps stick to the meat. The taste is phenomenal with salt, pepper, garlic balanced very well! We smoked our brisket with this rub and got nothing but great reviews. I went to the store to buy more but they were out, which led me to bulk order on Amazon. This rub is that good!!!

I picked up a bottle of this at my local Cabellas and then had to send my brother a bottle. I use it so let for pan cooking salmon fillets. I buy the large fillets at Costco; portion cut, vacuum seal then refrigerate or freeze left over portions. In pan, olive oil and this seasoning over medium low - delicious!

Excellent flavor! No brown sugar added, so this salmon seasoning is not sweet (which I do not like). After many tries with other salmon seasonings, I find this one the perfect salmon seasoning! Finished my first jar, so I have re-ordered it.

I used this on boneless prime rib when I smoked it. The flavor was amazing, the spices were a good blend. I’ll be using this again!

Basically it’s good for any meat or fish dishes

Used it on a standing rib roast, tasted great!

Applied easily and has great flavor. Adds a lot of enjoyment to salmon bbq.

Oh my God, this is so good! I sometimes combine this with other steak rubs and it always comes out being delicious. I only use this on steak.
