Well built wood hangers. Finish is smooth.

I've purchased these from the Ikea store and liked them - needing to have some more on short notice and no time to go to the nearest Ikea store (not actually that near lol) it was great to be able to buy them online. I will say I think they are cheaper in store, but that may just be the price of convenience.I would purchase again if I needed to. I like to use these in my coat closet (since coats are a little heavier than your average clothing item) and in garment bags to store costumes.

Yes, I know these hangers are 4.99 at Ikea but the last time I went to Ikea to buy hangers, I swore I'd rather carve them myself out of cement blocks than ever go there again. So when I saw this fine deal on Amazon, I didn't hesitate to pay the ten dollar premium that saved me from the following:The dread in the car on the way to IkeaA parking lot worse than the airportCarrying a ridiculous over-sized yellow plastic bagThe cloying aroma of "swedish" meatballsThe mayhem that cheap goods naturally attractsI wouldn't hang a silk shirt on these hangers but then again they are only 4.99 so what could you expect. They don't come with a valet either.

I bought these hangers at IKEA for much less, but I was working on a project for my bridesmaids and actually needed to add a few to the mix. So finding these on amazon was a huge plus! They came in great shape, I sprayed the hooks gold, and stamped/ embossed each of their names across the top and they look amazing. There are some natural discolorations to the wood, but that should be expected and it gives them character. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice and a good price without having to suffer the insanity that is the Ikea store. There are a few rough spots, but nothing that bothers my clothes. The crossbar is just barely stapled on though, so don't count on hanging any pants from the crossbar, but it does help support the shirt arms.

Love them in my hall closet! Wouldn’t use them with clothing as it would snag....they aren’t sanded smooth. BUT they are a great price.

These hangers have pretty much become a staple in my wardrobe - they're simple, strong, and help to keep my shirts evenly spaced (yes, I'm that obsessive). They're a little pricey for a basic wooden hanger, but, overall, they're just what the closet needed.

For those too lazy to drive to Ikea (or who did the math on shipping from them), well, these don't save any money, but they got me more matching hangers without having to drive all the way to the nearest Ikea. Can't complain.
