Have used Andy’s breading for 30 years but never tried their batter. Flavor was outstanding! Adding some beer to thin the consistency resulted in incredibly light, crispy and flakey coating. We ran out of batter soon after the first piece was eaten. Still love the breading, but everyone wait the batter was the best they have ever had. Far better than any I have purchased at a restaurant. Simply excellent!

This batter made our fish we caught taste so delicious! Just the right consistency, seasoning and crunch without the work of making your own batter. Great price too!

Batter is better than some I have used in the past. I used it on fish and also on bay scallops. Deep fried in peanut oil and there were no left overs either time. Buy it.

Love this stuff! I’ll coat the fisher shrimp with a little cornstarch, then dip it in this batter (made with 1 beer) And fry. It makes a nice dark crispy shell and doesn’t hold a lot of grease.
