Does not work
I have always used LA girl pencils for my eyebrows but ulta has been out everytime I go lately, after seeing them online for the same price as ulta I ordered one. Nothing like all the other ones I've owned. This one isn't even the same color and works nothing like the other ones. Such a waste of money
