Finally an accurate square!
I bought squares from 6 different brands before trying this one. They were all off by at least 1/16". This one is true and is inexpensive! Since then, I bought the 8", that’s accurate as well and awaiting the 6" one. They appear to be well made. The finish could be better but for that price you can’t complain! I like the brass edges on each side of the wood block.

Cheap but perfectly square
I checked this square against some more expensive ones and it is perfectly square. I will treat it gently since I assume the construction isn't terribly sturdy but it fits my woodworking purposes well.

A solid Try Square
A very solid try square!! Heavier than I expected but that okay, it's very sturdy...What I didn't notice in the product photos was it has no inches or millimeter markings on the blade, which would have been nice but that's okay as I'll be using to check right angles on my band saw and other applications...

Square Not Square
The positive: the square is packaged well and looks good without blemishes/scratches.The negative: This square is not square. When I did an accuracy test which is simply drawing a line along one edge, flipping the square over and drawing another line (at the same point as the first) along the same edge, the lines diverged. There is a way to fix that (even though it is riveted) but one should not have to straighten the square that comes directly from the manufacturer.I emailed the manufacturer about the defect and have not heard back yet but it’s only been 12 hours. This was purchased to be used, not returned for refund/replacement.

Correctly square; overly wide blade.
The construction, fit, and finish of this try square is very atrractive and functional. However, the blade is excessively wide. The blade needs to loose about 1/2" in width (1-1/2" would be a good final width).

Out of Square 1/16"
These are so out of square they are not useable. Checked them against my machinist square and the pencil trick. They are both about a 1/16th out of square.
