Question 1

The wall oven has an area at the bottom that seems like a piece of stainless steel trim can screw in. Any idea of a part number or where to get it?

I've received conflicting information about the same issue.  Reading through reviews at another site one respondent claimed the bottom trim for it was taped to the underside of the appliance.  (I didn't check. 
Mine is already in place and I don't intend to move it.  That's a terrible place to pack parts.)  Other respondents said it was not available and doesn't exist.  I contacted LG and they're sending me what I hope is the correct piece because the cutout opening at the bottom of the oven looks unsightly.

Question 2

Is power cord included ? What type of power cord?

8 gauge.  It is direct wired into a junction block at the upper right rear of the appliance.  It does not use a standard 220v outlet receptacle.  It requires a 50amp circuit breaker with 8 gauge wire ran to the junction box at the appliance.

Is it a microwave or infrared upper oven?

It is a Microwave, convection, broil, and speed cook. We use the microwave all the time. We have tried the convection oven, but I feel the bottom oven does a better job of that. The broil seems better in the bottom oven. We have not tried the speed cook option, it uses light, heating element and microwave all at the same time (per the owner's manual). This feature uses power from a halogen light, heaters,
and microwaves simultaneously to allow quick
cooking (copied from Owner's manual).
The best thing is to download the owner's manual from LG's web site and look at all the oven can do.
I will say that  the microwave is not as strong as our GE over the stove oven was, just a bit longer time is needed. My wife likes to microwave popcorn. As the book says it WILL burn the brown paper bag if you use that method, but the pre made Orville Redenbacher's works great.
You really do need to download the Owner's manual to see all the oven(s) can do and what comes with the oven.
We are happy with it and the reason we went to this oven is the over the range Microwave oven was too high for the wife, she was looking directly at the  bottom of the oven over the stove. The microwave door is nice because you can use it as a shelf when you remove items from the microwave if they are too hot.

Question 4

Does this double oven come with all necessary wires for hook up? Do the racks roll out or the usual pullout style?

The oven comes with everything necessary for installation. 2 racks are normal and 1 rack pulls out on rollers. The racks can be positioned as you like.
