This is a great herb mix for poultry, roasts, stews and scrambled eggs. Ordered 9/13/23, and, when I received it next day, it was wonderfully fresh and pungent. "Best by" date 02/28.

Good spice for tomato dishes, meat, and especially on potatoes !!!

I don't get any fun out of writing a not-so-great review. I didn't get any pop of flavor from this brand of Herbs of Provence. It was like I had to stop eating and see if I could taste any flavor from the herbs at all.
