Concrobium 126056 House & Deck Wash, 68 oz

I bought this to use on my deck, and it worked very well. No need for a power washer; just squirt it on, let it sit a couple minutes, and use a handled brush to scrub. Lifted nearly all the dirt and grime from my deck and even removed several stubborn stains. The bottle is very convenient and attaches to a garden hose. The bottle was the perfect size for my deck (about 12x12).

Works and cleans well without the harmful effects of bleach. Its nice that it wont kill your plants. This container didn't go as far as I thought it would be I'm not really disappointed, just not 5 stars about it.

My new deck wood came pre mildewed. Green and black. The guys that built the deck pretended it was not there. Lowes did not respond to my inquires. I even contacted the lumber manufacturer as the wood came with a warranty. No help. Note to self- pick out your own boards. Anyway I sprayed this on the deck twice. The results were not immediate. Now the wood looks great. Mold and dark color are gone. Doesn't stink like bleach.

This stuff seems to work well for cleaning and prepping my wood porch for paint. It doesn't have harsh chemicals, it's plant safe which is nice, and I like the convenience of the built in nozzle, BUT... It doesn't cover NEARLY the area it claims. I used as directed and was shocked how quickly it ran out, which left me running all over town trying to find an equivalent product so I could finish my project. That part is very dissappointing and brought my rating down from an easy 5 stars to a reluctant 3 stars.

Bought 2 containers for a small porch. Did 4 applications and it just faded the green algae that grows on outdoor wood. So many swear by this brand but I'm just not seeing good results.

Easy application, wait 5 minutes or so, followed by some stiff brush scrubbing and dirt and mildew came right off. Do a small section (approx 8 x6) at a time so it doesn't dry up on you. I repeated the process in a couple areas that were pretty dirty. 14 x 24 deck took me about 90 minutes. Best part is that a day or two later the boards look even lighter and cleaner. I used this on pressure treated lumber.

This product did not work well for me. It took way more scrubbing than I expected and way more product than I was hoping to need.
