Love the garlic. Great on everything
This is our go to seasoning for everything from burgers to brisket to roasted vegetables. Anything you would use seasoning salt for you can use this instead if you like it a bit more spicy.

Great seasoning for more than just meat.
We love this seasoning we first had at the Salt Lick restaurant right outside of Austin, Texas. I put it on vegetables and fish also. Air Fried potatoes with this seasoning are my husband's favorite.

I'm a native Texan living in Memphis. Both have great BBQ, but this rub is the best.

Lots of pepper, use lightly and enjoy
A recent visit to Texas got me hooked on this brand/restaurant seasoning. I have used it three times on tri tip that I smoked and it is amazing. However, it is mostly pepper so if you use it liberally be prepared to be burned. I like to trim the fat prior to applying a light coat of the rub to the whole tri tip. I then wrap it in butcher paper or plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge overnight. There is a lot of salt in this rub, and sitting gives it time to pull into the meat. The garlic is my favorite, it is not super strong but is enough that you know it's there vs the original. Both are mostly made from salt and lots of pepper, so a little goes a long way.
